近日，我举起一块绿色的标语牌，上面写着清晰而坚定的话语：
“中共不代表中国人民 CCP ≠ Chinese People”。
这不是一句简单的口号，而是我作为一名中国人、作为一名长期遭受专制迫害的普通公民，必须向世界发出的最基本的声明。
一、为什么要说“中共不代表中国人民”？
长期以来，中国共产党一直将自己与“国家”“民族”“人民”捆绑在一起。它在宣传中反复强调：“没有共产党，就没有新中国。” 在国际场合，它自称“代表十四亿中国人”，仿佛中共与中国人民之间画上了等号。
然而，事实恰恰相反。中共并不是通过自由选举产生的政府，它的合法性并非源自人民授权，而是通过暴力夺取政权、通过谎言维持统治。
它从未允许中国人民通过民主程序来选择自己的未来，更没有给予人民推翻它的自由。中国人甚至连一张真正意义上的选票都没有。
因此，“中共不等于中国”，更不等于中国人民。
二、中共与人民的对立
- 剥夺基本自由
在中国，说真话会坐牢，上街举牌会消失，发表一篇文章可能被定性为“寻衅滋事”或“颠覆国家政权”。言论自由、结社自由、信仰自由——这些普世权利被中共剥夺殆尽。 - 利用“人民”的名义压迫人民
中共最惯用的手法，是打着“人民”的旗号行反人民之事。比如“人民警察”，他们不是保护普通民众的，而是维稳机器；“人民法院”，不是追求公义的，而是政权的工具；“人民军队”，不是守护国家安全的，而是听命于党魁的一支私人武装。 - 政治迫害与株连制度
我的亲身经历就是例证。因为家庭参与民主活动，我从少年时代就被国保盯上，遭受刑事构陷与冤狱。我的姐姐也因类似的政治背景而被判刑。这种赤裸裸的株连，让“人民”成为政权的牺牲品。
三、国际社会为何必须分清“中共”与“中国人民”？
许多外国人由于信息有限，常常把“中共”与“中国”混为一谈。这种混淆正是中共希望看到的，因为它借此偷换概念，掩盖自己与人民之间的矛盾。
但我们必须清晰地告诉世界：
- 中国文化不等于中共意识形态
- 中国人不等于中共党员
- 中国未来不等于中共的延续
当国际社会批评“中共”的时候，请明确：这不是针对中国人民。相反，真正受害的，正是十四亿被剥夺自由的普通人。
四、照片背后的意义
这张照片看似简单：一个人、一块牌子、几句文字。但在中国的语境中，这样的举动可能会带来牢狱之灾，甚至失去自由和生命。
今天，我能在欧洲举起这块标语，是因为我已经逃离了那个高压社会。但我的心里很清楚，在中国境内，数以百万计的人们仍然没有机会说出这句话。
因此，这张照片不仅是个人表达，更是替无数被禁声者发出的呐喊。
五、我们要的未来
作为中国人民，我们渴望：
- 一个不再将政权凌驾于人民之上的国家
- 一个允许思想自由、信仰自由、言论自由的社会
- 一个真正尊重人权、尊重个人尊严的中国
我们反对的不是“中国”，而是绑架了中国的“中共”。“中共不代表中国人民 CCP ≠ Chinese People”，这不仅是一句口号，而是必须写入历史的真理。
唯有当世界真正理解这一点，唯有当国际社会停止被中共的虚假宣传所蒙蔽，真正的中国人民才能被看见。
今天，我举起这块牌子，是为了告诉世界：
请不要把我与中共混为一谈。
真正的中国人，值得自由、值得尊严、值得一个不同于中共的未来。
My Declaration: The CCP Has Never Represented the Chinese People
Recently, I held up a green placard with a clear and firm message:
“The CCP does not represent the Chinese people. CCP ≠ Chinese People.”
This is not just a simple slogan, but the most basic statement I must deliver to the world—as a Chinese citizen and as an ordinary person who has long suffered under authoritarian persecution.
I. Why say “The CCP does not represent the Chinese people”?
For decades, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has tied itself to the concepts of “the state,” “the nation,” and “the people.” In its propaganda, it repeatedly emphasizes: “Without the Communist Party, there would be no New China.” On the international stage, it claims to “represent 1.4 billion Chinese people,” as if the CCP and the Chinese people were one and the same.
The truth is exactly the opposite. The CCP is not a government chosen through free elections. Its legitimacy does not come from the consent of the people, but from seizing power through violence and maintaining rule through lies.
It has never allowed the Chinese people to choose their own future through democratic procedures, nor has it given them the freedom to overthrow it. The Chinese people do not even possess a single genuine ballot.
Therefore, the CCP is not China, and certainly not the Chinese people.
II. The opposition between the CCP and the people
Stripping away basic freedoms
In China, telling the truth can land you in prison, holding a sign on the street can make you disappear, and publishing an article can be labeled as “picking quarrels and provoking trouble” or “subverting state power.” Freedom of speech, freedom of association, and freedom of belief—all universal rights—have been completely stripped away by the CCP.
Using the name of the “people” to oppress the people
The CCP’s favorite tactic is to act against the people while claiming to act for the people. For example, the “People’s Police” do not protect ordinary citizens, but serve as a stability-maintaining machine; the “People’s Court” does not pursue justice, but serves as the Party’s tool; the “People’s Liberation Army” does not safeguard national security, but functions as a private armed force loyal to the Party leader.
Political persecution and collective punishment
My own experience is evidence. Because my family was involved in democratic activities, I was targeted by the security police from a young age, framed with fabricated charges, and imprisoned. My sister was also sentenced due to similar political background. Such blatant collective punishment has turned the “people” into victims of the regime.
III. Why must the international community distinguish the CCP from the Chinese people?
Many foreigners, due to limited access to information, often confuse the CCP with China itself. This is exactly what the CCP wants, because such confusion helps it obscure the conflict between itself and the people.
But we must clearly tell the world:
- Chinese culture ≠ CCP ideology
- Chinese people ≠ CCP members
- China’s future ≠ continuation of the CCP
When the international community criticizes the CCP, please be clear: this is not directed against the Chinese people. On the contrary, the real victims are the 1.4 billion ordinary citizens deprived of their freedoms.
IV. The meaning behind the photo
This photo looks simple: one person, one placard, a few words. But in the context of China, such an act could lead to imprisonment, or even the loss of one’s freedom or life.
Today, I can hold up this sign in Europe because I have escaped that oppressive society. But I am fully aware that inside China, tens of millions of people still have no opportunity to say these words.
Therefore, this photo is not only a personal expression, but also a cry on behalf of countless silenced voices.
V. The future we seek
As the Chinese people, we yearn for:
- A country where political power is no longer placed above the people
- A society that allows freedom of thought, belief, and speech
- A China that truly respects human rights and personal dignity
What we oppose is not “China,” but the CCP that has hijacked China.
“The CCP does not represent the Chinese people. CCP ≠ Chinese People.”
This is not merely a slogan, but a truth that must be written into history.
Only when the world truly understands this, and only when the international community stops being deceived by the CCP’s false propaganda, will the real Chinese people finally be seen.
Today, by holding up this sign, I want to tell the world:
Please do not confuse me with the CCP.
The real Chinese people deserve freedom, dignity, and a future different from the CCP.
