据家属与知情人士披露，年轻人于朦胧在羁押、调查过程中突然“坠楼身亡”。官方迅速发布通报，称其“意外坠楼”，并封锁一切相关报道与言论。社交媒体上，关于于朦胧的消息被大规模删除，家属面临巨大的压力，被迫噤声。与此同时，国内媒体不敢深入调查，律师也难以介入，事件的真相被一道道“维稳”的铁幕覆盖。

这并不是孤立事件。在中国，太多年轻人、异议者、普通公民在遭遇警方羁押或司法程序时“意外死亡”或“坠楼自杀”。模式高度相似：死亡突然、通报仓促、真相被掩盖、家属被噤声、社会被迫沉默。于朦胧之死，不过是这条黑色链条上的又一个受害者。

• 模式性反复：从孙志刚案，到雷洋案，再到近期的多起“坠楼”，这种反复出现的模式说明，它不是偶然，而是体制性问题。

中共的逻辑一贯如此：任何可能引发舆论危机的案件，都必须在最短时间内“定性”，掩盖细节，切断外界追问，把死亡变成“个人意外”。这种做法不仅摧毁了司法的基本公正，更让社会陷入长期的恐惧与麻木。

我们必须为于朦胧发声。
这是一个年轻生命的突然消逝，这是一个家庭的巨大悲痛，也是中国社会法治崩坏与人权践踏的缩影。

我们呼吁：

• 国际社会 必须关注此案，把它作为观察中国人权状况的新警示；
• 全球华人 应当团结起来，把真相传播出去，打破中共的信息封锁；
• 人权组织与媒体 应对中国体制下的“坠楼模式”进行长期追踪，形成系统性报告，揭露其规律性与政治性。

于朦胧的死不是偶然，而是制度性的牺牲。一个把真相掩埋、把司法变成维稳工具、把人命当作数字的政权，不可能代表人民的利益。它害怕真相，害怕公正，害怕自由。

今天的于朦胧，明天可能是任何一个普通中国人。只要体制不变，这样的悲剧就不会终止。

因此，纪念于朦胧，就是抗议中共；为他发声，就是为我们自己发声。我们必须告诉世界：在中国，还有无数像于朦胧一样的生命，被无声地吞没在专制的深渊里。

自由属于人民，不属于红色权贵。历史会记住这场黑暗，而真相与公义终将到来。

In China, Death Is Not Just a Biological Event but a Political Footnote Under Authoritarian Rule

The recent “Yu Menglong Falling Incident,” which has shocked people both inside and outside China, once again exposes the brutal reality of judicial darkness, human rights abuses, and information censorship under the CCP regime.

According to family members and informed sources, the young man Yu Menglong suddenly “fell to his death” while in custody and under investigation. Officials quickly issued a statement labeling it an “accidental fall,” while simultaneously blocking all related reports and discussions. On social media, information about Yu Menglong was deleted en masse. His family, facing enormous pressure, was forced into silence. Meanwhile, domestic media dared not investigate, and lawyers could not intervene. The truth of the incident has been buried under layers of “stability maintenance.”

This is not an isolated case. In China, too many young people, dissidents, and ordinary citizens have died “unexpectedly” or “fallen to their deaths” while in police custody or during judicial proceedings. The pattern is strikingly similar: sudden death, hasty official statements, truth concealed, families silenced, society forced into silence. Yu Menglong’s death is just another victim in this long, dark chain.

The case of Yu Menglong once again proves that the CCP’s so-called “judicial system” is not a fair mechanism of justice but merely an appendage of political repression.

• Truth concealed: There is no independent media investigation, no transparent judicial process. All information comes from the one-sided narrative of the authorities, which is highly unreliable.
• Families suppressed: Families who lose their loved ones are not comforted but instead face threats and surveillance, forced into silence.
• Society silenced: Those who question or speak out online quickly face censorship, account deletions, and bans, creating a chilling effect.
• Recurring pattern: From the Sun Zhigang case, to the Lei Yang case, to recent “falls,” this recurring pattern shows it is not accidental but systemic.

The CCP’s logic is always the same: any incident that could spark public outcry must be “classified” as quickly as possible, details buried, outside inquiry blocked, and death reduced to a so-called “personal accident.” This approach not only destroys the basic foundation of justice but also plunges society into long-term fear and numbness.

We must speak out for Yu Menglong.
This was not only the sudden loss of a young life, but also the immense grief of a family, and a microcosm of the collapse of rule of law and human rights in China.

We call for:

• The international community to pay attention to this case and treat it as a new warning sign of China’s human rights situation.
• Global Chinese communities to unite in spreading the truth, breaking through the CCP’s information blockade.
• Human rights organizations and media to track and document China’s “falling pattern” over the long term, compiling systematic reports to expose its political nature and recurring features.

Yu Menglong’s death was not accidental—it was a systemic sacrifice. A regime that buries the truth, turns the judiciary into a tool of “stability maintenance,” and reduces human lives to mere statistics cannot claim to represent the people’s interests. It fears truth, it fears justice, it fears freedom.

Today it is Yu Menglong; tomorrow it could be any ordinary Chinese person. As long as the system remains unchanged, such tragedies will not stop.

To remember Yu Menglong is to protest the CCP. To speak for him is to speak for ourselves. We must tell the world: in China, countless lives like Yu Menglong’s are being silently swallowed by the abyss of authoritarianism.

Freedom belongs to the people, not to the red elites. History will remember this darkness, and truth and justice will one day prevail.
